  • 20 minutes: High level overview of the current state of web technologies. Learn to decipher jargon, hire the right CTO for your business, cut through the hype and buzzwords.
  • 15 minutes: Walk through a basic site technology project plan end-to-end. Bonus section on when to outsource and when not to.
  • 10 minutes: Build great specs. How to create well thought-out specs and get the right kind of feedback on the product itself beforehand so your tech build will be a lot easier, especially if you're outsourcing.
  • 5 minutes: Wrap-up, Q&A.
