  • Should you take money from anyone who qualifies or just experienced angels?
  • What is an angel group and where do you find one?
  • Are there differences in how you approach angel groups vs. individuals?
  • What is the process you go through to apply to an angel group?
  • What is the process they put you through after you get selected?
  • In what form should you raise the funds? Debt? Convertible note? Common stock? Preferred?
  • Should you cut the round off after a certain time or leave it open?
  • How long does the whole process take?
  • Should you go for cheap lawyers or good ones?
  • How can you apply online to lots of angels at once?
